These Terms and Conditions apply to the Site and all products and services offered by Pearly Hairstylist.

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of the above listed policies, details of which can be found below. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not use our Site.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these policies periodically and become aware of modifications. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these policies will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Services:

  • If you are wish to book in with Pearly as your hairstylist a non-refundable and non-transferable admins & booking fee will be required to confirm and secure your booking. This will be deducted from the balance owing for the event.

  • Travel fee starting from $50 depending on location. Location cost are calculated upon inquiry.

  • Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding/ event date if paid via bank deposit. Cash is also payable on the day.

  • All hotel bookings or in Melbourne CBD have a set travel fee $200 (cost covers valet parking & tolls)

  • Early start fee :

    Between 4am-5am start $200

    Between 5am-6am start $150

    Between 6am- 7am start $100

  • Minimum spend on Saturday & Sunday is $1100 (approx.1 Bride & 4 adults) during peak season September-April

  • Minimum spend is not include travel cost.

  • Wedding booking must include Bride. Pearly don’t do bridal parties only.

  • Additional people not previously booked in for the service may be also accepted on the day if time permits, payment must be made by cash on the day.

  • Booking dates for Public Holiday or their associated weekend, including the Melbourne Cup, incurs a 10% surcharge.

  • Booking a trial does not secure your wedding date. A booking fee & admins fee must be paid in order to secure your wedding or event day.

  • By paying your booking fee you agree to T&C listed here, and on the terms and conditions page located on the website.

  • Trials take place at Pearly Hairstylist Studio, Gladstone Park

  • Minimum cost amounts may apply

  • Additional time for stayed back touch up will be charged at $100 per hour

Cancellation:

  • All booking fee payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This is also applies to weddings that have been cancelled for personal reasons.

  • Once the job is booked, I am unable to remove the services if someone have pulled out. This is stated in the agreement listed here by paying your booking fee. You may find someone to replace the spot. Your balance owing will remain the same as per invoice.

  • It is non-transferable if you change of wedding date/event date. You will need to pay another deposit to lock it a new date.

Products:

Pearly Bridal Accessories and Curated Collection by Pearly Hairstylist do not offer product exchanges for a ‘change of mind’ or cancellation on any products and accessories. If you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact us (pearlyhairstylist@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving it. Matters brought to our attention after this time will not be processed.

  • ​Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided due to change of mind, incorrect selection or if the item was found for a lower price elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview your order once added to your shopping cart before proceeding with checkout. 

  • Please check your goods thoroughly upon receiving them.

  • In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact us. If a manufacturing fault is found by our assessment, all costs will be paid by Pearly Hairstylist to rectify the fault. Please have your invoice on hand, along with the specific of you order.

  • Please note that products returned to us without contacting us will be denied.​

  • Refunds will not be given.
